Only the invitees can access the hosted services in inviter.

4. I can only access the directly listing of the FTP server hosted in my office computer?
LAN on Internet doesn't support reverse tunneling.So FTP data connection will fail while you get the control connection working. To perform file transfer you can use Microsoft Windows NetMeeting.
5. Is the data encrypted over peer to peer connection?
No. Usually most remote access software like RDP,VNC,Windows NetMeeting etc has in built encryption method , you can check the respective software document for encryption method used.As well as most multiplayer gaming application doesn't transfer confidential information over there data connection (enforcing encryption on gaming data also imposes unnecessary CPU usage & game play latency).
6. Do i have to configure the firewall to support peer to peer connection?
LAN on internet automatically starts windows firewall on startup & configures it automatically. If your using any third party firewall software, it should be teredo aware & should allow teredo traffic.
