1. I have problem in configuring multiplayer network game over LANoi ?

2. Is the data encrypted over peer to peer connection?

No. Usually most remote access software like RDP, VNC and Windows NetMeeting has in-built encryption method; you can check the respective software document for encryption method used. As well as most multiplayer gaming application doesn't transfer confidential information over there data connection (enforcing encryption on gaming data also imposes unnecessary CPU usage & game play latency).

3. Do I have to configure the firewall to support peer to peer connection?

LANoi automatically starts windows firewall on startup & configures it automatically. If you're using any third party firewall software, it should be teredo aware & should allow teredo traffic.

4. When I start a streaming session in Windows Vista, LANoi application crashes?
